Holiday Gift Guide ~ Day 15 ~ Shout! Factory

My Little Pony! My daughter is at that age where they are everywhere in my house LOL The Shout Factory helped her addition by giving us a few DVDs to review! Grab all the ponies around the house and some pillows and blankets and settle in for a My Little Pony marathon day!

I can remember growing up watching the series when it was on and the new ones just aren't the same as when I was little! My Little Pony: The Complete Series will take you all back to where it began! With 4 DVDs you'll get all 65 episodes! It's so awesome being able to watch all of these again with my daughter! Within the matter of 2 weekends I think we had watched all the episodes of the 12 hours the DVDs run for LOL then we took a little My Little Pony break!

The My Little Pony Friendship is Magic DVDs feel like a completely different world to me than what I am used to but my daughter loves them just as much! We first checked out the Spooktacular Pony Tales DVD! Join all of your favorite ponies as they go through six different spooky adventures of Ponyville! These episodes include
Boast Busters
Stare Master
Luna Eclipsed
Sleepless In Ponyville
Castle Mane-ia
Bats!
It's now 20% more creepier! The girls watched everything right after Halloween and have watched it a few times since too! I think it could be just for the sing along that is included tho!

And we also got to check out My Little Pony Friendship is Magic: Keys of Friendship! In this DVD you'll follow around Twilight Sparkle as she finds the true value of friendship along side her best pony friends during their adventures! She'll earn her wings and princess crown and learn a few values of what being a good friend is all about! There are five episodes included in this and include
Rarity Takes Manehattan
Pinkie Apple Pie
It Ain't Easy Being Breezies
Twilight's Kingdom, Part 1
Twilight's Kingdom, Part 2
and it too includes a sing along! The episodes are all part of their new season and it's great for girls together at a slumber party or maybe for someone who is moving and scared about having to be in a new place!

My daughter has been into My Little Pony since she was little and has loved watching all of these new episodes! She's asked Santa for a few of the other Friendship is Magic DVDs for Christmas as well and it gives me a break from watching them on Netflix all of the time! It was very interesting to see the difference in the classic cartoon series and to the new series! And thanks to the awesome people at Shout! Factory we have 2 copies of Spooktacular Pony Tales and Keys of Friendship DVDs to giveaway to two lucky Clair's Freebies fans! To enter for you chance to win use the Rafflecopter below! Giveaway ends on December 16th at 11:59pm eastern time. Good Luck!

  2. I would love to own and watch Mister Ed. I so tell my children about him. I play like he was a real talking horse that was alive and had a show. My dad tricked me into believing that I think I did for a least a couple of years! So naive back then.
