Update your Organizing with Shoplet and Smead

I love when we get the chance to review for Shoplet.com and Smead because it never fails they send me a twist on an office supply that is much better than what I'm using now!

I first tested out the Step Index Organizer. I use these all the time because of the lazy way I coupon. I like to stick the date on the coupons and file them like this for when I need them. That way when I am looking for a specific insert/coupon everything is in order and I can find the ones I need pull them out cut and put it back. No extra sorting through everything to find the one coupon! This organizer is much bigger than the ones that I use right now with 12 pockets you'll be able to fit a lot of papers inside! Plus the tabs are expanded so you can see all of them at once! It sells for about $9.00 on Shoplet!

Up next we opened the Vertical File Folders. You get 6 of them in a pack and I think they are perfect for my daughter's school work. We have the normal folders that break and tear on the pockets and this will keep everything much more secure without her tearing it to put papers inside. They are also perfect for drawers because you wouldn't have to slide the drawer all the way out to see what the middle of the file said!

I can remember when my Grandmother first started showing me how to file things she couldn't do without hanging folders. They've come a long way now because you aren't limited to the same old boring colors and they are now easier to manage. Check out the FasTab Hanging Erasable Folders. No more running out of tabs and making your own to label the folder. Use a Sharpie to write out your label. When you need a new one simply use the Pentel Eraser on the tab to erase it and write out your new label.

The same is with the SuperTab Erasable Manila Folders. Use your Sharpie to write on the label and then erase it when you are all done using the Pentel Eraser. These do not come with the products but you can also purchase them on the website too! I have to admit I was pretty skeptical thinking that I would be able to erase Sharpie but it came off very very easily!

With spring cleaning time just around the corner we are sure to put our new goodies to great use! My couponing bin definitely could use a new update! Did you know that they made Erasable Folders? What would you use them for?

**I received the products above from Shoplet and Smead in return for this post. All opinions expressed in this post are purely my own and do not reflect those of anyone else. I will only share what I believe will be a good fit for my readers.
